HRS was called to solve a problem installing wick drains during early stages of construction at this high rise mixed use development site. The wick drain installation equipment was unable to push the drains to the target depth because of the filled nature of the subsurface.

HRS mobilized two T4W rigs to the site within days to predrill holes for the wick drains. After the subsurface was deemed unsuitable for air rotary drilling, HRS developed a solution using roller bits.

Thousands of holes were predrilled for the wick drain installation over just couple of weeks.
